Collaborated with a multidisciplinary research team to examine challenges faced by informal women workers whose workplace is the street, fostering solidarity and influencing policy on livelihoods, social protection, and violence.

Analyzed national and Karnataka-specific policies and schemes on social protections and entitlements for informal women workers, including sex workers, street vendors, and sanitation workers.

Conducted key informant interviews, managed and transcribed data, synthesized insights from literature reviews, and contributed to sense-making workshops to contextualize findings and shape actionable recommendations.

Resourcing Social Movements: How Do We Shift the Power?

Investigated evolving funder-grantee dynamics, particularly the role of non-project support in strengthening organizations post-COVID-19, through a study on innovative philanthropic collaborations.

Authored a four-part blog series and organized a well-attended webinar (50+ participants), featuring funders and community-based organizations discussing challenges and opportunities in philanthropy.

Led event logistics, including participant outreach (100+ invitations), social media coordination, and promotional material development to ensure broad dissemination of findings.
